Reporting

In Splunk Web, is there a way to create folders and place the reports in them?

Let me a little more elaborate about the question.

Suppose I created 50 reports based on 7 criteria. So is there a way i can create a folder structure under Reports based on my criteria, so that I could go to the specific report and run the required ones?

this is a good idea - to have folders for reports.
but, currently splunk does not have this feature.
on the Reports tab, you can choose sub tabs - All, Yours, This App's
- this may help you to choose the report easily.

Or, you can have report naming conventions and search
Or sort by title, or owner, etc

thanks and best regards,

But in the above case.. the user need to record the report name and all details in an excel sheet which is not a feasible idea. If I can arrange reports into folders like daily reports, monthly reports, weekly reports, adhoc reports that would be great at least I only need to look into the specific folder to get the required report.

Will splunk consider this in the future release, whats the challenge in creating such a folder view.
