Error in PDF generation (Splunk 5.0.2)

Hi,

I'm encountering this error when attempting to generate a PDF of my dashboard.

Unable to render PDF.
Exception raised while trying to render "Firewall Report Dashboard (last month)" to PDF. Cannot establish break in word: tcp1502

In Splunk's python.log, I see that an exception is raised:

2013-08-16 17:18:03,097 +0800 ERROR pdfgen_endpoint:186 - Exception raised while trying to render "Firewall Report Dashboard (last month)" to PDF. Cannot establish break in word: tcp1502

Does anyone know what this error means?

Long time and no answer on this one. So, I will attempt to answer this. This is a problem with too many columns in a report and/or dashboard. This can be encountered when using a search with the "limit=0", or other large number.

"search" | timechart limit=0 span=1h sum(MB) by series

Try removing or reducing the "limit=0"
