Reporting

Cannot open the Edit Schedule dialog

I'm using Splunk enterprise and when I go to the Reports tab and click on the report I want to schedule, I don't see the 'edit' option to open the schedule dialog.

My settings menu is also empty (Documentation says I should be able to select Settings > Searches, Reports, and Alerts). I don't have that either.

This used to be a temporary issue, but now is permanent.

probably as gcusello suggested the user you have looged in with dont have permissions to edit the schedule. You should check your access roles for the user logged with admin access.

Hi diegosarmiento,
which user are you using, admin or another one?
If another one, check the permissions of the role associated to the user.
Bye.

I'm not an Admin, so I assume it's a permissions issue. Thank you.
