Can i have the export option in forms ?

Hi.

I have created a form which shows gives the results based on the User Input , Now i Want these results to be saved in an excel or an csv file. i.e Can i have an Export option in my form to do this as we have in the splunk default search view .

If so can so share the sample form with an example..

The only way I know is to export to Advanced XML. If you use Sideview Utils I actually created a module called SearchControls that gives you basically the same controls that the JobStatus module has (pause, finalize, cancel, save, create,etc), except

a) I added an export button to that list
b) you can control which controls you want in the view and what order you want them in.

So for instance you could use the module, but then whittle it down so that it was only presenting the little export button and nothing else.

But short of switching to the advanced XML I don't think there's a way.
