Whom does one talk to at Splunk about issues with your public web page?

Whom does one talk to about issues with your public web page ?

There is no listed contact on the regular public webpage .. The front desk admin has no real idea who to forward the call to, and those she did, have not called back 24hrs later .. Emails to 'info', 'sales', and 'press' go unanswered a day later .. Even a repair case seems to have gotten no response

Please fix the training videos . . .
