Problem in posting question

There's a problem in creating a Splunk Forum id for one of my teammates. After registering the validation mail from splunk.com was not received and hence the email was not received as well. Hence she is not able to post questions in forum. Please advise.

Have her log into Answers, then go to her account info by clicking her name in the upper right corner. After that, there will be a "Re-send me a verification link." link near her email entry.

I tried to resend the verification link but I didnot get the mail. Is it possible to delete the account and create a new acocunt afresh?
