Adding Watchers to Splunk Support Ticket

Hi All,

Can a Splunk On Prem & Cloud customer who is an authorized Support Entitlement Contact open a support ticket and add watchers of other support entitlement contacts to maintain visibility across their team? For example, (assuming all contacts are support entitlement contacts) could John Doe submit a support ticket and add their teammate Jim Smith as a watcher so that if John Doe gets sick and is OOO, Jim Smith is still getting email updates on the status and progress of the support case? If possible could you please instruct me on how they could go about doing this? Thank you!
