The Splunk Developer Program is designed to empower developers by providing the tools, resources, and community support needed to build high-quality applications, integrations, and solutions on Splunk.

With this program, Splunk developers gain:

• Comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and SDKs

Splunk Build-a-thon!

To celebrate the beta launch, we’re hosting a hackathon where developers can explore Splunk, build innovative solutions, and compete to win prizes and recognition.

Hackathon Structure: Two Phases of Innovation

This competition is divided into two phases to help participants refine their ideas and develop high-quality solutions:

Ideation Phase (April 28 – May 25):

• Brainstorm and submit your project idea.
• Receive feedback from Splunk experts to fine-tune your concept.

Development Phase (May 26 – June 22):

• Build and develop your project based on your approved idea.
• Submit your final solution for judging.

Choose Your Track & Build Something Amazing

This hackathon offers four exciting tracks, allowing participants to explore different aspects of Splunk’s developer ecosystem:

🚀 App Development: Create powerful apps that enhance the Splunk user experience.
🔗 Add-on Integration: Develop integrations that extend Splunk’s capabilities with external tools and data sources.
📊 Data Management: Optimize and transform data with SPL2 pipelines to improve efficiency and insights.
🧠 AI/ML: Harness artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive intelligent solutions on Splunk.

We’re rewarding top talent across all four tracks, with exciting prizes for the top five winners in each category:

🏆 Grand Prize (1st Place):

• $400 Cisco Store Gift Card
• 150 EDU Credits ($1,500 in value) - valid for one year
