Why can't I open the Support Portal page?
I am having trouble referencing a case.
Have you been able to access? We are still having this problem and cannot access entitlements nor open cases.
Splunk seems not to be aware of this problem at all after contacting them.
@Hiroshi We are able to access the partner support portal now. Please check.
Go to the partner portal : https://splunk.my.site.com/partner/s/ and go to the "My Cases".

there's a similat issue on the Partner Portal, I suppose that they are in maintenance.
