We have an APM called AppDynamics for applicatino peromance monitoring.
In 6.3 Splunk I found Splunkd and SplunkWeb use only one Splunkd process. I stopped the web but in AppD it was showing Splunk processes are running fine.
Is there any way where Splunkd and Splunkweb can be treated sperately for monitoring.
