Splunk 5.0.1 and Deployment Monitor 4.2.2

Does not to have a complete list of all forwarders sending to the index server. Also the machine names sending data are not correct. Some machine names appear 3 to for times in the Deployment Monitor > All Forwarders view.

It appears that the Deployment Monitor is not supported with 5.0.1 of Splunk.

Thoughts?

Also - How do I remove or uninstall this application if it is not going to work with my version?

There is an upgraded version of Deployment Monitor that you should be using. You can read the upgrade instructions here, and the app is available from Splunkbase.
