Hi

I have Splunk Enterprise installed on my Google Cloud Platform Linux server and I would like to monitor CPU, Memory and Disk usage of whole the server. Is it already in monitoring console -> resource usage -> Machine ? Or I have to install app like Splunk App for Unix ?

I would be grateful with any information.

Hi @swdowiarz

Yes, you can monitor CPU, Memory and Disk usage in monitoring console -> resource usage -> Machine.
Also there there is a splunk app "Splunk Health Check Overview" which can give you your desired result.

one more question, there is an average CPU usage dashboard provided with two curved lines for system and user. I'm wondering if what kind of information i shows ? Is it usage by operating system to exist and usage by operations performed by user ? I want to make sure.
