“After upgrading Splunk to 10.2, the apps are no longer usable. May I know if there are any methods to collect PRTG logs, or will the app be updated?”

Hi @Alan_Chan , what do you mean by "no longer usable"?

I no longer have PRTG and unfortunatly I dont have time to support this app anymore. I just had a quick look though and as far as I can see, it will probably still work fine. The app is really very simple and it would be easy enough to convert the logic into a custom script. The main logic is in this file: https://github.com/ChrisYounger/TA-prtg-input/blob/master/bin/input_module_prtg_input.py
