Monitoring Splunk

License exceeded message

My license has been exceeded for three days.
Now I have this message on the "license usage dashboard".
When I refresh the window the dashboard is refreshed, but not automatically.
What can be the cause of this problem?

You exceeded your license so you should call your sales rep because soon you should buy more. Delete the message and move on with life.
