Health Check keeps loading Splunk Enterprise 8.2.7?

The Health check from my monitoring console keeps "loading". I pressed F12 and it shows a few errors:

If I pressed the 404 errors I get a XML document:

Any idea what is happening? The Health Check worked before without any issue
