Can the btool command show local.meta files?

The btool command displays the conf files in Splunk's UI without having to go into the file system. Since the local.meta files under metadata dir in search app is useful to see, can we have it included in btool's visibility?

You're right that it doesn't have an option to show it. It will honor the settings therein to decide whether or not to merge the content, but won't display the contents of default / local.meta. Seems like a legitimate feature request!
