workflow action default permission

Hi,

I have created a workflow action using add-on via worflow_actions.conf

However after I install the add-on, by default, the action does not appear for events when using "Searching and Reporting" because the object permission is "App" and not "Global".

My requirement is that the workflow action should appear in context of all apps, and not just for my add-on app.

Please advise. Don't want to do any manual intervention after installing the add-on.

Thanks,
Leena

To set the object permission to "Global", in 'Metadata' directory, edit the 'default.meta' file and add the following lines :

[workflow_actions/<label_name>]

export=system
