Migrate lookups from one Splunk cluster to another in bulk

We have 90+ lookups to migrate from a 6x Splunk cluster to a new 8x cluster.  How can this be done in bulk?

For basic lookup files, just tar them up, copy the tarball, un-tar them.  If you have lookup definitions or automatic lookups then also copy the appropriate transforms.conf file(s).
