How to Take certification

I've got a question about the courses and certification.

Is there a certification for each course from the Fundamentals. for example. I have already taken Splunk Fundamentals 1, Fundamentals 2 and Dashboarding , but is there a Certification for each course?, I just completed and received the completion Award, but if there is a certification exam, how do I register?.

The free courses do not have a certificate. The paid courses all do, assuming you pass 🙂
