How to Map one to one value of fields

Hi Friends,

I want to map value one to one from fields
Example:
1) If Test field has 100 value & Data fields has Set for test GDP Leg type ACTUAL then it should show events
2) If Test field has 255 value & Data fields has Sep-To-Ges then it should show events

Similarly for rest of fields value

Test Data
100 Set for test GDP Leg type ACTUAL
255 Sep-To-Ges
200000 Flow Good
17777 Non-Test_Pass
