Hey Splunkers,

when i run my ITSI app im getting below erro.

Fetch global team model failed. Details: [HTTP 503] [{'type': 'ERROR', 'text': 'KV Store initialization failed. Please contact your system administrator.', 'code': None}]

Any idea ? how i can fix it.

Nevermind i have found the fix.

after removing lock file under /opt/splunk/var/lib/splunk/kvstore/mongo and restart splunk fixed the issue,
