unable to configure Servicenow Addon in Splunk

Hi All,

We are trying to install snow with Splunk using latest version of Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow and we are getting the below error.

Hi @syedabuthahir 

From the error it seems your HF is unable to reach out to servicenow(snow) url. Are you able to ping/ telnet to snow endpoint/port from HF linux?

You can talk to your Network engineers to understand what outbound connections allowed from Splunk HF as they mostly restricted run in with in corporate network limits and with limited connectivity to outside internet endpoints like SNOW.

Sometime your corporate proxy needs to be configured in SNOW add-on to let the connection go through. Overall your network team shall be able to assist.
