splunk upgrade

Hi All,
Could anyone guide me whether can we upgrade splunk to 7.3 directly from splunk 6.5.2 because i read that we need to first do splunk 7.0.0 and then only to other higher version?

Hi,

Have a look at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.3.4/Installation/HowtoupgradeSplunk#Upgrade_paths_to_... , you need to upgrade from 6.5.2 to 6.6 first and then you can upgrade it to 7.3
