splunk cloud trial version | no data found after Search

For the Foundation 1 training I downloaded the Splunk Cloud trial version.
I got an error massage "No results found" after I put a value in the Search field for All time. I just follow the module in the training.

Do you have any idea/suggestion how to proceed?

I recommend using this product (Splunk Enterprise) for the fundamentals I course, it gives you a 60 day trial vs. 14 days with Splunk Cloud
