Well, the message is self-explanatory - you're trying to download the file onto a filesystem that is read-only, so it's definitely not writable. Why is that is hard to tell without knowing your setup and what exactly you're trying to do.

Firstly check where you are (run pwd) and see what filesystems you have mounted where (run mount)
