Splunk download issue

After connected under my account, i try to download Splunk: splunk-4.2.5-113966-x64-release.msi.
I receive an error form:

Access Denied (policy_denied)
Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.
For assistance, contact your network support team. (bc-ext)

Could you give me a solution to get this version ?

Hello,

Our networks rules on proxy prohibit the use of direct IP address (public hostname should be used). So, I have had temporary authorization on this Splunk page download, and now my problem is closed.

The download seems to have been blocked by yor organization's proxy. This isn't a Splunk issue, rather it's an issue with the way your organization's proxy server is configured. As such, you should contact your local network team to resolve this.
