Error 2203:database: C:\Windows\Installer\54fcf6.ipi, Cannot open database file. System error-2147287035.
Windows 7 (64bit). I had 4.3.1 installed but uninstalled it to install 4.3.2. Now I'm getting this error.
I've resolved this issue. Apparently, the C:\Users<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp directory somehow lost SYSTEM rights. I put SYSTEM back on the folders permissions/security list and the install is working.
