Permissions for non administrator user to view License details

Path Finder

Hi All, trying to figure out how to give my regular power user role access to view license details. License details being how much we are indexing etc. Its under manager Licensing. I have given the power role that I am a part of license_tab and license_edit capabilities. However each time logging out and logging in I can never see the license tab under manager. Any ideas?

Thanks

you wont see the tab, but you can navigate there using a link like this one:

http://localhost:8000/en-US/manager/system/licensing

Obviously change localhost to your indexer/search head/license master name.

Hi, thanks for the reply!

This trick works, but only if the user's role has "license_edit" capabilities. Did you find a way for a user to just view the license usage, with no rights to edit or delete licenses?
