After installation of Splunk Enterprise on a Windows machine, I attempt to use the default username and password. The error message states three things: 1. Invalid username and password; 2. Your license is expired; 3. Please logon as administrator to update the license.
Please uninstall Splunk and proceed with installation again. If you want to save the existing settings please back up under \ etc.
Yes I think I did. It would have been a year ago but I only installed it I never signed into it
