In need of a workable universal forwarder that can be installed on Solaris 5.10 SPARC

i think the latest version of 7.x should work

but it's been taken off from download page

8.x didn't mention if it will work on 10

so I am in need of someone to help me getting a 7.x universal forwarder for Solaris 10 SPARC

Hi
You could try this https://github.com/ryanadler/downloadSplunk to generate suitable download link. At least it knows 7.0.x versions.

You can compose your own download link based on the repo's contents and the existing Solaris link.

But the general rule for obtaining old versions is "call the support for it".

Hi @curiouspuppet ,

if one of the downloadbale versions isn't usable, you can ask an older version only to Splunk Support.

Ciao.
