License master server - does upgrade from 6.0.4 to 6.2.0 OS (CentOS) affect saved searches and dashboards?

Would like to upgrade my Splunk License Master server from 6.0.4 to 6.2.0
OS : CentOS

Shall i directly perform :

rpm -U splunk_package_name.rpm

Does that have any effect on my saved searches & dashboards ?
