I have an NFR license and when trying to install ITSI, my account authorization was denied?

I have NFR license, want to install the ITSI. was trying to install the app, in the process it routed to Splunk base and my splunk account authorization denied what to do some one please help?

I downloaded ES and ITSI without problems, probably it's a momentary problem.

I hint to open a case to Splunk Support.
