How to upgrade from Splunk 6.x to 6.3 in a cluster environment?

Hi everyone,

I had a look at the documentation:
http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.2.5/Indexer/Upgradeacluster

I want to upgrade my cluster environment from the older version to the newest one, but this guide is being done for the version 6.2 and from 5.x to 6.x.

Has anyone tried to upgrade to the new version in a cluster env?

Thank you

That's an 'old' link, try:
http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.3.0/Indexer/Upgradeacluster
Or
http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Indexer/Upgradeacluster (currently the same page)

And yes I upgraded our non-prod environment (small 5 node multi-site indexer cluster with search head pooling) from 6.2.2/6.2.3 (mixed versions) to 6.3.0 yesterday using the steps in the "Upgrade from 6.x" section of the links above, without any issues.
