How do I uninstall splunk Universal forwarder with out GUI (CMD) on Windows 2012

I am able to install Splunk Universal Forwarder 6.3 on Windows using puppet, but I can not do for uninstall, it only works in GUI mode which is problematic for Puppet ...
Long story short is there non GUI i.e. command line uninstall for Splunk Universal forwarder 6.3 so I can fully automate it.
