How can I get a 'Reset License'?

I did not realize that we were exceeding the trial license quota so it finally blocked any searches. I just installed the Dev/Test License but I am still blocked even after restarting the server. I ready somewhere that I need a reset license. How do I get one so we can be unblocked in our testing of Splunk integration with Kubernetes.

Thanks

Sujit

You can contact splunk support from where you got test license.

I used https://www.splunk.com/en_us/resources/personalized-dev-test-licenses.html to request the license and the only thing available was a 'Contact Us' button which I used. Hopefully someone will respond soon.

Ended up uninstalling and re-installing Splunk Enterprise to fix the problem. I never got a response to my request for a Reset License.

Thanks
