Has anyone migrated from a multi-terabyte (like 2-3 TB) a day Enterprise solution to Splunk Cloud? If so, how does it compare?

We're considering migrating from Splunk Enterprise to Splunk Cloud. We are indexing between 2.5-3 TB a day and would like to hear if others have experienced a large migration and how satisfied they are with the Cloud offering.

We have customers that have already migrated from on-premises to Cloud in the 2 ~ 5tb a day range. If they don't post here, you should contact your account rep and ask if they can connect you with the Splunk Leads for those customers. Most of the time they'll be willing to discuss what they encountered and issues they had.
