Error Requesting Splunk Cloud Free Trial

I am trying to start a Splunk free trial and I keep receiving an error like this. Called support and they basically said that if I don't have an entitlement then GFY.  If I can't get a free trial working how can I start an entitlement but I digress. Has anyone experienced this issue and how do you overcome it?
