Seriously, they never answer the phone, they do not respond to e-mail. Just take my money already!

Has anyone successfully purchased Splunk? If so, what were your methods for tracking down the elusive Splunk Sales Rep?

First time I've heard of someone struggling to contact them! Did you try [email protected]? Also look at the partners link on the homepage, it lists all authorised resellers with their location
