Seriously, they never answer the phone, they do not respond to e-mail. Just take my money already!

Has anyone successfully purchased Splunk? If so, what were your methods for tracking down the elusive Splunk Sales Rep?

Yes, e-mailed sales@splunk.com and have called repeatedly. Perhaps I'm just unlucky! I'll try a reseller, thanks.

First time I've heard of someone struggling to contact them! Did you try sales@Splunk.com? Also look at the partners link on the homepage, it lists all authorised resellers with their location
