Does Splunk Enterprise License Include first year support?

I want to know if a Splunk Enterprise License includes first year Enterprise Support or it is something that has to be paid for separately.

It depends on the quote you are getting. I know that my company (EOH Europe) details the first year Enterprise Support into the quote, and I'm almost sure that Splunk is doing so as well.

Best solution: ask the person who gave you the quote 🙂
