Deployer dont send replication apps to search heads

Hello Al!!

i have a deployer with 3 search heads.

when i deleted all the apps that i dont need anymore the deployer replicates good. Also when i install a new one.

But when i try to upgrade an app it doesnt replicate to the search heads. 

 

Any suggestions?
