'Convert to HTML' not working for Splunk Dashboards

I have been working on a project in Splunk along with a coworker and he has the ability to convert their dashboard code from Splunk XML to HTML, using the ellipsis button in the top right corner, but I don’t.

I tried deleting and re-downloading a new instance of Splunk v8.1.3 onto my MacBook (macOS Big Sur), but the issue persists. My coworker did the same on his computer and it still worked for them.  Does anyone have any solutions they can offer or run into a similar issue?
