Cannot access to Splunk - Azure via browser

Hi,
I have just installed Splunk Enterprise on a Red Hat hosted on Azure.
The process of installation ended without any errors.
After started the splunk process, i try to access from any web browser to
https://{domainName}.{location}.cloudapp.azure.com :8000
with a connection error.
On Azure I have defined a new Inbound port rule for the port 8000.
Does anyone encountered this issue?
Regards,

Luca
