7.0.2 Failed to register with cluster master

Cant get A peer node to join the cluster. logs indicate wrong IP of Cluster master regardless of my atempts to properly configure it.
I set in GUI , no good, then set in server.conf still error reports.

the root cause of this was a Firewall set to proxy the connected between the 2 devices. the Firewall was the IP showing in the log.
we disabled Proxy and the system registers successfully.
