this xml file does not appear to have any style

Hello everyone,
Please if someone among you could help me resolving this problem:
I juste imported the windows infrastructure app into splunk. However i can't see its interface by using all available web browser.
The get browser returns this error :
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Some apps need a restart after installing, and that's probably another case!
