Hi,

I have a small .bat file running in windows, I have splunk monitors setup in linux. I want to monitor the output of this .bat file, this output is thrown in the monitor. Is it possible to monitor this output via splunk? Then how?

Thanks,
Dinesh

Install a Universal Forwarder on your Windows machine and create a scripted input. This will do exactly what you want, i.e. run the batch script, consume its output and forward it to the indexer.
