matching value of two fields csv file with some value and return value of third field

Hi,

My requirement is to match two fields of csv file and get value of third field.
I have student name and roll number and i need to match both from csv file and get its marks.

For example:
file.csv
name rollno marks
A 01 456
B 02 500
c 03 600

how to get marks of student A with roll no 01.
i want to do this by splunk query.

First, if this is a CSV file, it needs to be comma-separated. If you have indexed this data into Splunk, the search is trivial:

name=A rollno="01" | table name rollno marks

This will list all entries for the student named "A" with a rollno of "01".
