You can change it like this:

curl -k -u admin:changeme https://localhost:8089/services/authentication/users -d name=User1 -d password=changeme -d roles=admin

I am looking for rest url (post) to change the password, instead of using curl command. With curl command i am able to do it. Thanks for your reply.
