difference between per_index_thruput and per_host_thruput?

Volume when calculating per_index_thruput and per_host_thruput.


However, when calculated as per_index_thruput and per_host_thruput There seems to be a difference between the two.


During the last 24 hours, capacity of the three index calculated results the 30GB.


But If you search for a host that contains three indexes, the 14GB will..
But same search and using per_host_thruput...

We only output the top ten series for each of the groups, so if you have more than 10 hosts then it won't necessarily add up. If you need more metrics, you can modify the maxseries, as detailed in http://wiki.splunk.com/Deploy:Splunk_Metric_Reports

limits.conf's because maxseries = 10?
Of course, the source and host is more than 10.
