bin folder is missing after installation of windows Splunk UF?

hi All,

We ahve installed Splunk UF windows v6.6.3 as well as v7.0.4 but on one of the servers everytime inside /splunkforwarder we can see only two folders /etc and /var , other folders are missing including /bin. Has anyone else faced this issue?
